Mind and face are interconnected

Once while traveling in a train, I happened to sit across a small baby and her mother. The baby was really very cute. She was sleeping when I boarded the train. After a short while, she got up and very silently her attentive mother fed her. The baby didn’t cry like other babies. She just opened her eyes and looked at her mother, due to her movements in lap the mother came to know about her waking up. The baby was smiling and giggling. The sight was so wonderful that I kept looking at that sweet baby. After eating her food again she went to sleep. That sight was indescribably beautiful. She was looking satisfied, content and secure in her mother’s lap. There was one more kid traveling with us in another compartment. I could gather from its face that, it was very much mischievous. The eyes of that kid reflected the mischief and naughtiness.

My mind went on a thinking spree. I had read it into books that mind is our true self and it is reflected in our face and eyes. Beauty of mind can be seen through face. I was so amazed by the aptness of this fact, that I kept observing other people as well, coordinated their acts, behavior with their faces. There were many faces around displaying their distinct characteristics. Steadily I came to conclusion that facial beauty is reflected through mind and it is mind which rules our looks. No kosmetik in the world can hide our mind which is seen through our face. One line fitted that situation very aptly, that line is beauty is skin deep. No matter how well made up one is, but the face reflects true self. It does not matter how costly kosmetik one use, but the soul is seen through face and eyes. The beautification products only help us look attractive, but they do not help cleanse our soul, which is clearly seen through our eyes and face. Many people have this misconception, that if they bought expensive kosmetiks, they would look attractive. I am not denying the fact that, they actually help us look little attractive. They certainly do not change the looks, they can only enhance them. Thus I could derive the conclusion, that in order to look beautiful, one should have a beautiful mind foremost.
